The Warehaus is a local pickup business, appointment-based, by design. Here's what to expect.

1. Pay in full to reserve it. The first completed payment secures the item. We don't hold pieces without payment, and we're not able to accept partial payments or deposits.

2. Choose your pickup window at checkout. You'll pick from our current available appointment times, no need to schedule separately.

3. Bring your order confirmation. Show it at pickup along with a photo ID matching the name on the order.

4. Inspect, then take it home. Look the piece over before you leave. If it doesn't match its listed description or condition photos, tell us right there and we'll issue a full refund. Once you leave with it, the sale is final.
