Is everything used?
Not always. Most pieces are gently used, furniture that completed its time in a Jade Interiors design or rental project. We also list brand-new, unused furniture that was purchased for a specific client project but never ended up in the space, along with occasional overstock, floor samples, and discontinued items. Every listing states clearly whether the piece is gently used or unused.

Do you offer shipping?
Not currently. The Warehaus is pickup-only for now. We may offer shipping on select smaller items in the future.

Can I return something after I pick it up?
Once you've inspected your item at pickup and taken it home, the sale is final. However, if the piece doesn't match its listed description or condition photos, let us know during your pickup appointment, before you leave, and we'll refund you in full.

How do I know the real condition before I buy?
Every listing includes actual current photos of that specific piece, including close-ups of any wear, plus a condition grade and written notes. Nothing is described as better than it is.

What if I can't make my pickup window?
Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Items not collected within the stated timeframe may be subject to storage fees or cancellation, see our Sale & Pickup Policy for details.

Can you hold an item for me?
We're not able to hold items without payment. The first completed payment secures the piece.

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup location and instructions are included on your product page and in your order confirmation email.
